Two youths stabbed in Surrey’s Guildford area

SURREY RCMP are investigating an assault with a weapon which occurred in the parking lot of a convenience store in the 14800-block of 108th Avenue in the Guildford area.

At approximately 11:20 a.m., on Wednesday (October 24), Surrey RCMP responded to reports of an apparent stabbing. Two males, aged 15 and 16, were located and transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are working to locate another youth who has been identified as a person of interest in the investigation.

Initial indications are that all three youth involved in this occurrence are known to each other.

Surrey RCMP Youth Section, with assistance from the General Investigation Unit and General Duty officers, is leading the investigation.
