Two Surrey females involved in serious single vehicle collision in Richmond

RICHMOND RCMP say that alcohol and speed are considered factors in a serious early morning collision in Richmond on Monday.

Significant efforts by emergency personnel were required to extricate two occupants from an overturned Honda sedan located in a ditch off road near the intersection. The Richmond RCMP Road Safety Unit (RSU) is investigating along with assistance from the Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS).
