Stabbing in Surrey’s Guildford area

SURREY RCMP are currently on scene of a stabbing in the Guildford area of Surrey. On Saturday, August 3,  at approximately 1:25 p.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a stabbing in the 9100-block of 148th Street. Officers located a male suffering from non-life-threatening stab wounds. He was transported to a local area hospital for treatment.

Initial investigation has revealed that an altercation occurred between two individuals, resulting in the stabbing. Officers will be conducting a video canvass in the area and are hoping to speak to witnesses who may have observed the altercation to obtain further information.
