ONTARIO: Peel Police looking for South Asian in attempted child abduction case

PEEL Regional Police investigators are seeking assistance from the public in an attempted child abduction investigation.

On Monday, February 11, at approximately 6:30 p.m, the victim, an eight-year-old boy, was walking in the area of Creditview Parkway and Sandalwood Drive in Brampton when he was approached by an unknown male in a black 4-door sedan who asked the boy if he wanted a ride home.  The victim subsequently ran away.

The suspect is described as a middle-aged male, South Asian, wearing a turquoise turban.
