ONTARIO: Manjit Bahara of Mississauga arrested for playground fire

PEEL Regional Police investigators have made an arrest regarding a Mississauga playground fire.

On November 19, 2018, between 1 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., the playground on the west side of Paul Coffey Arena was set on fire causing extensive damage to the wooden structure.

On Sunday, February 17, Manjit Bahara, a 51-year-old male from Mississauga was arrested. He was charged with one count of mischief over $5,000 and was released on his own recognizance with a court date in March.
