Khalsa Wrestling Club First Annual Tournament in Surrey on Saturday

THE 2018 national team champions, Khalsa Wrestling Club, will be hosting their first annual wrestling competition for youth of all ages. The tournament will be held on Saturday, December 1 at Tamanawis Secondary School in Surrey.

Elementary and middle school athletes will compete from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. High school athletes will compete from 12 p.m. onwards until the championship rounds are complete.

This tournament will feature multiple provincial and national champions from all across Canada.

The Khalsa Wrestling Club has won multiple national team titles and had the honour of being the top club in Canada this year in Edmonton at the national championships.

The Khalsa Wrestling Club has a long history of provincial and national champions. Several Khalsa Wrestling Club athletes have also been selected for Team BC and Team Canada, including Amar Dhesi, Fido Sahota, Aman Sahota, Parm Dhesi, Manjot Sandhu, Gurdeep Beesla, Billy Sull, Sukhan Chahal and Balraj Virdi.
