The new Hyundai Tucson offers excellent styling, decent engineering and a lot of features for the money. The look is sleek, aerodynamic and clutter free.
Everything looks feels and fits like an SUV costing many thousands of dollars more. Interior features include Bluetooth handsfree, optional navigation system, power windows and door locks, cruise control, heated leather seats, rear-view camera, steering wheel audio controls and dual-zone automatic climate control.
Step up to Tucson Limited and one gains the cool panoramic sunroof with separate sunshades for the front and rear passengers, leather seats and other plush goodies.
I love the interior blue lighting, which gives the Tucson an unearthly glow at night. Hyundai has upped it game and now all switches are now lit up.
The interior styling, fit and finish is very impressive. There are still some hard plastics, but the design and standard of execution is very impressive. The interior is way up there with the competition. Rear headroom and legroom are generous for average sized adults, while cargo space is good.
