An impressive 8.5 per cent of all couples in our region are interracial.

The aim of the changes, according to her, is to modernize Canada's immigration system and significantly reduce the time it takes to bring newcomers and their families to Canada. But he was less forthcoming about the details and seriousness of the scandal. The New Democrats' persistent questioning revealed ICBC had been taking B.C.'s taxpayers for a ride for years and the Campbell government had failed to take notice.
