That's 70-year-old Bikar Singh Parhar of British Columbia, an inspiration to all generations all around the world. Parhar has been winning bodybuilding awards all around the world for decades. Parhar was born way back in 1937 in Montgomery (now renamed Sahiwal) in what is now Pakistan's Punjab province. (India was partitioned in 1947).
