He's got to be the best of the best - bagging the first place in the Muscle Masters Men's category (over 60 years old) in the FAME World Tour series organized by the World Natural Sports Organization (WNSO) and FAME Media Group in Hollywood, California. That's 70-year-old Bikar Singh Parhar of British Columbia, an inspiration to all generations all around the world. Parhar has been winning bodybuilding awards all around the world for decades. Parhar was born way back in 1937 in Montgomery (now renamed Sahiwal) in what is now Pakistan's Punjab province. (India was partitioned in 1947). He was brought up by his parents, Sardar Rakha Singh Parhar and Parsin Kaur, in Allupur village in Jalandhar district in the Indian state of Punjab.
