In a CBC Radio interview Tuesday morning Surrey-Tynehead MLA, Dave Hayer, accused me of using the issue of solving my land dispute in India "to make political gains at home (in Canada)". God bring peace to his deceased father's soul, but would this be the same Dave Hayer who has never missed the opportunity since Tara Singh Hayer's tragic death to capitalize on the traumatic event of almost a decade ago for his own political gain? It is downright hypocritical of MLA Hayer to be accusing anyone of making "political gains".

When a murder takes place in the Indo-Canadian community there is an instant double reaction - ONE, 'oh no, the mainstream media is going to go ballistic once again and portray the whole community as a violent lot;' and, TWO, 'something's got to be done about this problem, whether it is gang-related or an act of violence against women.'

I recently started my first "real" job since graduation. I thought everything was going fine, but my supervisor called me into her office the other day to tell me I'm too laid back at work. She said the quality of my work was alright, especially for someone new, but that I need to be more observant of my attitude and communication style. I've tried, but I don't know what mistakes I'm making so I'm not sure what I need to change. Can you help me?
