It is becoming a growing problem about which I wish to give a very stern warning. If there is one newspaper that the Vancouver Sun guys hate it's got to be your very own paper: The Indo-Canadian VOICE! Team India wins Nations Cup 2006
Throughout the tournament, coach Bindy Braich had only one thing to say: "We won the tournament in 1994 and in 2000 and we're due for a win this year too, as the cycle is every 6 years." Bindy wants to change the six-year cycle to every one or two years. He started out as a player himself and won the MVP award in 1986. After playing for a few years, he decided to stop and become coach of Team India.

Canadian Forces are looking for South Asians
TABREEZ AZAD from Surrey was enrolled in the Canadian Forces at a ceremony at Vancouver just this past June. He graduated from Frank Hurt Secondary this year and has been selected to attend Simon Fraser University as an undergraduate student in the Computer Engineering program. He will be sponsored under the Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP).

WORKSAFEBC'S REPLY TO GUY GENTNER
It is true that following the death of gas station worker Grant DePatie, WorkSafeBC conducted a three-month inspection initiative of gas stations throughout BC and wrote more than 600 orders. Orders are written directives that carry legal authority and often result in financial penalty if not complied with. In addition to this enforcement program, the death of Mr. DePatie resulted in a penalty recommendation against the employer.
