THE opening ceremony of the second season of the family-friendly Surrey Night Market will take place at 7:30 p.m. on May 29, 2015 at the Cloverdale Exhibition Grounds, 17726 – 62 Avenue, Surrey.

This multicultural open air night market will operate from 6 to 11 p.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until September 20.  The attendees will get to sample a wide variety of foods, services and goods, and enjoy performances by local bands, singers, and dancers without having to cross any bridges.

The night market will have numerous rides and games for children and multiple door prizes for attendees.  Parking will be free.

The following patrons will get free admission into the night market:

* families of all Canadian Forces personnel and Veterans living in BC

* children less than 48″ in height when accompanied by their families

* persons using wheelchairs

* seniors over 75 years
