South Asians appointments to public bodies in B.C.

The following appointments have recently been made to public agencies, boards and commissions.
 
Police Board – Victoria
December 31, 2011:
• Mr. Gurdial (Gordy) Singh Dodd re-appointed as Provincial Member for a term expiring June 30, 2012.
 
Industry Training Authority
December 31, 2011: 
• Ms. Patty P. Sahota re-appointed as Director for a term expiring December 31, 2014.
 
Health Authority – Fraser
December 31, 2011:
• Mr. Inde Sumal re-appointed as Member for a term expiring December 31, 2013.
 
Law Society of British Columbia
January 1, 2012:
Ms. Satwinder Kaur Bains re-appointed as Lay Bencher for a term expiring January 1, 2014.
 
Law Foundation of British Columbia
January 9, 2012:
•  Ms. Anita L. Dalakoti appointed as Member for a term expiring January 9, 2015.
 
Professional College – College of Denturists of British Columbia
January 12, 2012:
• Mr. Jag S. Bains appointed as Public/Lay Member for a term expiring December 31, 2012.
