Two shootings in Surrey

SURREY RCMP are currently on scene in two places in Surrey for reports of shots being fired.

At approximately 5:10 a.m. on Sunday (September 24), Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in the 8400-block of 121A Street. No victims were located.

About 10 minutes later, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in the 14700-block of 30th Avenue. There too, no victims were located.

Officers are conducting neighbourhood canvassing in both cases and speaking with witnesses to obtain further information. The investigations are still in their early stages.
