NORTH Vancouver RCMP are investigating multiple cases of mischief to motor vehicles where numerous tires were slashed. Approximately 150 acts of mischief occurred overnight on Thursday (December 4). The targeted area was around Capilano University down to Park and Tilford.

Police continue to receive complaints from citizens and are advising all motorists to check their tires. For public safety concerns, do not drive your vehicle if your tires are deflated.

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the culprit or culprits who are responsible. If you noticed any suspicious person or vehicle overnight, or have been victimized by this criminal act of mischief, call North Vancouver RCMP at 604-985-1311 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
