ONTARIO: Canada-wide arrest warrant for Nebill Albayaty in Palwinder Singh’s murder

PEEL Regional Police’s investigators from the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau have obtained a Canada-wide arrest warrant for first degree murder, in relation to the homicide Palwinder Singh, 27, of Brampton.

On July 16, at approximately 6 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Donwoods Court in the City of Brampton. Officers arrived on scene and located the victim suffering from obvious signs of trauma. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

On the same day, the investigators arrested two males from Mississauga: 18-year-old Sean Ponto and 19-year-old Andrew Edward.

Investigators have identified a third person responsible for the murder and have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Nebill Albayaty, 18, from the City of Toronto. He is wanted for first-degree murder.

Albayaty (see photo) is described as a black male, 5’9”, with a thin build.

Investigators are encouraging him to seek legal counsel and turn himself in to the nearest police station.

He is considered a danger to the public and if located, do not approach him; call 911 immediately.
