ON Monday, February 16 at about 1:48 p.m., Peel Regional Police were called to an address on Dixie Road in Mississauga.  Police arrived to locate a male with no vital signs. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim, Harshalkumar Desai, a 24-year-old male, was located at the rear of a plaza on Dixie Road in Mississauga. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death was initiated and the cause of death has been determined to be hypothermia. The Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau and 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have concluded that no foul play is suspected.

Barring any new information the investigation has been completed.
