Five U.S. spies, and two each from India, China and Sweden kicked out of Canada from 2004 to 2014

LOGO top-secretBELIEVE it or not, the U.S. – not China – is Canada’s worst enemy when it comes to spying.

A Toronto Star report on Tuesday said a Canada Border Services Agency document released under the Access to Information shows that in the past 10 years (2004-2014) 21 people were barred from Canada for “engaging in an act of espionage” against Canada or its interests.

Interestingly, the two spies from China were kicked out in 2014 and there were no cases for the nine years before that.

Two spies each from India and Sweden were also removed from Canada.

One spy each from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Malawi, Mongolia, Russia, Rwanda, Tunisia, Uganda and Venezuela were also hoofed out.
